Snow snow go away!

March 4th, 2008 |

Noo…not another snow storm. I don’t really like the cold outside, not to mention the snow, freezing rain, and ice pellets that are currently filling up my backyard. *bow wow wow*

For real..summer?? Aren’t you around the corner yet? I want to be able to pull out the camping gear, beach gear, and other related items so I can enjoy myself outside in the nice weather.

Nooooo…I can’t do that now. *sigh* *rolls eyes*

Bones hidden everywhere!

February 10th, 2008 |

It would be really fun to be let loose in some Condo Hotels. Can you imagine how many places you can hid bones there would be??

I can only imagine as I’ve never been to one before. I’m sure I’d have a grand old time doing so as I love hiding bones in the house I live in now.

I hide bones all over the place - corners of the couch, under the table, bedside my bed…pretty much EVERYWHERE!!

My birthday is almost here!!

February 10th, 2008 |

My birthday is coming up really soon!! In fact, it’s February 19th!! I’ll be turning 10 years old this year…well, human years anyways.

It’s time for me to send out the birthday invitations and invite some of my doggy friends in the neighbourhood for a party. I hope they will all come. It would be such a fun party too. For me anyways…I’m not too sure of my human family as they’ll have to clean up the mess afterwards. Heehee.

Life insurance for pets??

January 27th, 2008 |

As I mentioned in the post before, I’m getting older and older. I really wish there was some sort of life insurance for pets. I would love to get life insurance quotes.

You know, I’d name my best friend Tina as my beneficiary. She’s just amazing and always brightens up my days. If I had puppies, I would want them to gain something from my passing. It’s only logical but I don’t have none as of now.

Am I planning to in the future? I’m not sure. We’ll see if I find the perfect stud out there. *woof* *wink*

Overweight Pets a no no!

January 23rd, 2008 |

If you haven’t looked at this national crisis, more and more humans are becoming overweight.

Not just that, but they are also feeding their pets the same thing that they end up eating. This results in some fat cats and dogs which is definitely a problem since we’re not suppose to be overweight.

Just like how it’s bad for humans to be overweight, it’s the same for pets too. I know I know…you’re probably thinking, isn’t there some sort of diet pills for pets?

I highly doubt that, plus I wouldn’t even want to take it anyways. Who knows what’s in there and you never know if it could potentially cause you harm in the long run.

I’d want a doggy treadmill or something to work it all off.

Lots of beds

January 23rd, 2008 |

I really need a new bed…mine is just not comfy enough. I want something that has a memory foam mattress with it. I’m not sure if my human family will get one for me, but I’m sure they’ll get something really close to it.

I have so many beds throughout the house. My main on is in Tina’s bedroom. That’s where I sleep at night and in the mornings. Then there’s another one in the office room, recreational room, upstairs living room, and even the downstairs living room.

Like I said, I have many beds. *woof*

V-Day for Doggies!

January 23rd, 2008 |

Now, if only I had a dog who was a stud then maybe I’d be happy this Valentine’s Day.

Unfortunately, the male dog that I became acquainted with for quite some time, has passed away not too long ago. His name was Joey and he was such a playful dog.

I would of liked to get him a nice Rolex Daytona for this special Valentine’s Day. I’m sure they have some sort of doggy rolex somewhere.

I think us dogs really need more things in the jewelry and accessories department. It seems to be lacking everytime I check out a pet store.

Need more dog fasion!!

January 21st, 2008 |

There are some things I’d love to experience in my life. But sadly, I’m not sure if that is possible…after all, life as a dog isn’t exactly like a humans.

There isn’t any high heels, golf shoes, of even stylish sandals that dogs can use. Half the time, the only shoes we have are felt-like boots for the winter that you can buy at Wal-Mart.

I think there should be more clothes and more shoes for dogs. We too don’t want to get our paws dirty all the time!!

I was sleeping!! woof!

January 9th, 2008 |

Yes…this latest picture that you see off to the side is of me. At the time it was taken, my owner decided to wake me up from the best dream I was having. She called my name which lead me to lift my head up to see what she wanted and then SNAP! She took the photo.

The worst part is that I can’t even remember what my dream was about!! But I have a sense it was a really good one where I’m chasing a cat or something because my owner mentioned that I was barking and my legs were moving when I was sleeping. So it was probably that. Haha…I probably caught the cat too. *smirks*

You shake hands. We smell butts.

January 7th, 2008 |

Living in a dog’s world is not that much different from a humans. We all need our food, daily walks, health insurance, regular check ups, and even sweaters when it’s cold outside.

The only thing that differs is the fact that we say hello by sniffing each other’s butts instead of shaking hands. I know it’s funny but it’s just the way we do it. Come on…you don’t know how much germs are on the other person’s hand when you shake them.

At least this way we are only sniffing, not touching. See…it’s slightly better when you think about it…unless…the other dog decides to let one go. Thankfully that hasn’t happened yet. woof!

I can sleep anywhere!

December 30th, 2007 |

My human owner treats me well. I have my own couch and bed which has a nice foam mattress that goes with it. I even use pillows too and can’t forget about the million blankets throughout the house.

I can sleep pretty much anywhere in the house and no body cares. That’s why my blankets are everywhere. My favourite place has got to be the blanket on the computer chair that sits beside my human owner. She spends a lot of time there, so I get to be beside her all the time.

It’s nice too. I guess you can say I’m her guardian and she is mine as we are inseparable. woof!

Do pets experience this?

December 30th, 2007 |

There a certain things that I can’t imagine dogs going through or having. One of these things is a migraine. Do we have them? I’ve never experienced one.

Other things such as Charley horses (leg cramps) keep me wondering too. Do dogs or other pets experience this?? I don’t have the answers but I sure as heck would love to know.

Anyways, it’s time for my bath soon, so I must go get ready and run around the house. I hate baths and I usually try to hide so my human family doesn’t find me and place me in the water. *shivers* Just thinking about it makes me upset. woof.

Humans are weird

December 29th, 2007 |

As I keep aging in my doggy life, the one thing I’m afraid of using is something like adult pads. I can’t imagine waking around wearing ones for dogs. Can you?

I like it all open so I can easily do my business whenever I’m outside. It’s crazy to think that some people will end up getting these sort of things for their dogs. What’s the point if half the time we don’t do our business inside but in fact, do it outside?

*woof*…I dunno…humans can be weird.

I love to walk

December 25th, 2007 |

Whenever I’m about to go outside for a walk with my owner, she always goes into the cupboard to grab her eyes. Other times I’ve seen her get it from the closet. I guess she has a bunch of key holders in different places around the house.

That is fine, just as long as we go outside. I like to go for walks because I always find interesting and new things. Plus, it gives me a chance to go and play with other neighbourhood dogs.

Well, it’s time for a walk right now, so I better hurry and run upstairs for my leash. *woof*

I would love to try…

December 16th, 2007 |

There are some great human things I would love to try in this world. Some of them include Jura capresso, wine, theme park rides, and a few others that I know are not good for dogs.

But come on…can’t I pretend or dream of doing these things? If only I were human for a day, then I’d definitely want to try it all.

It sucks having certain restrictions because I am a dog. For example, I would love to taste chocolate. I can’t because it’s unhealthy for us dogs. But…woof…it looks so good. *whines*
