Awhile ago I was watching the Montel Williams show and some guy named Timothy Brantley was on it talking about his book “The Cure”. So of course I bought it and have been reading it.

It’s really great so far and makes you think about the foods you put into your body. It seems so crazy to think that natural foods can actually cure sickness and even CANCER!! (They had this other guy on the show who was cured of cancer because of how he changed his diet). It was amazing!!

Can you imagine what things like grape seed extract or even oranges can do sometime in the future? There is so many possibilities and only time will tell.

So many people are looking to lose weight. Some even turn to using diet pills. I can honestly say I never bought any pills to try out myself, but I do know people who have.

Some of them had great results, but others had horrible ones. They even ended up gaining some weight afterwards.

So the moral of this story is to:

Have you ever gone to the doctor’s office and noticed a huge display board of some sorts where they have pamphlets for almost everything?

I notice that everytime I go and it’s really interesting. I learn about new things like mesothelioma or more information about autism. Plus, there is information for common things like the flu or chicken pox.

I know I’m not the only one who is guilty of actually taking some of these pamphlets home. So who else does it too?

It must be tough living a life in today’s Hollywood. Seriously, I just keep hearing about more and more celebrities who are seeking help or going to alcohol rehab. It’s a growing number especially with the young stars.

Then you got the whole mental breakdown just like we saw this week with Britney Spears. It’s so sad to see these things happen especially since she is a great singer and dancer.

It’s sad to see people who are up so high and then spiral out of control. It really is depressing because so many young children look up to these big stars.

Hopefully they’ll get their head in the game and get a grip of reality. I somehow doubt that though.

As I was mentioning in my previous post about changes in 2008, many people will make their new years resolution as becoming more healthy and losing weight.

Not only will they need to exercise and use machines like an exercise bike, gazelle glider, or even a treadmill, but they will also have to watch their diet. Nutrition is very important because as the saying goes, “You are what you eat.”

Have you ever lived in a house or apartment that had carpets? My old house has carpet. I like carpet, but I’m allergic to the dust it collects. My parents always had to have vacuum cleaners around the house and honestly cleaned everyday. That’s how bad my allergies were.
