Internet companies make me sick!! I am currently with one and pay for high speed at $50/month and it’s complete garbage. I canceled it and it won’t work on August 3rd. So I called up another company to install cable internet. A guy came but ran into a problem since there is no connection coming in due to a power surge we had 8 years ago. We don’t use cable tv. We use satellite, so we didn’t know it was messed. Then the guy says his manager would call on Monday. No one called this entire week!!!!

I hate when they say something and then don’t follow through. Like seriously!! It just pisses me off more than words can say. If you say your manager is going to call, and I wait around for the phone call and nothing comes, then you have one angry customer on your hands. Fuck man…I need the internet set up by August 3rd because I don’t want to be left out in the blue.
